with all this extra time on my hands i figured why not have some friends over for dinner. after all i do know how to cook so this should be simple. wrong, well finding the ingredients turned out to me a mission but we found everything. we decided to have feast, turkey, mash potatoes the whole thing because the guys were unable to go home for thanksgiving so i thought why not. my mom always makes thanksgiving dinner so i know what to do and i make my own turkey at least twice a year. the only problem was figuring out the oven, ours has 8 different options: roast, grill, fan, defrost, frozen meal to be cooked, conventional, super express conventional, and one that i have no clue what its for. and i had to convert the temperature into celsius, so after looking it up i got it all figured out. right?!?

MEMPHIS IS HERE!! and we bought a new sofa
well the internet was wrong on the cooking time it took 5 hours for a 12 pound turkey. but the sides all came out great, i even tried a new carrot receipe, will post later around the holidays, its mine for now. luckly the guys didnt mind waiting it just meant more beer. and yes MR. MEMPHIS is now in doha.
finally time to eat!
